1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Play2N platform ("Play2N", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Play2N, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide valid identification documents (BVN, National ID, or Driver's License) for verification
  • Be legally permitted to participate in real-money skill-based gaming in your jurisdiction
  • Not be on any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction list
⚠️ Important: Play2N is strictly for players 18 years and above. We verify age and identity at registration.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access our services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Each user is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Gameplay & Wagering

Play2N offers skill-based gaming where outcomes are determined by player skill, not chance. By participating:

  • You acknowledge that all games are games of skill
  • You agree to the stake amounts and game rules before playing
  • Winnings are credited to your wallet upon match completion
  • In case of interruptions, our 30-second pause/refund policy applies
  • Network quality must meet minimum requirements (ping < 100ms)

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: We accept deposits via Paystack, Flutterwave, Bank Transfer, and USSD. Minimum deposit is ₦500.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000. Withdrawal limits apply based on your tier:

  • Bronze: ₦50,000 per day
  • Silver: ₦100,000 per day
  • Gold: ₦250,000 per day
  • VIP: Custom limits

Withdrawals are subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including:

  • Deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Loss limits
  • Session time limits
  • Self-exclusion and cooling-off periods
  • Reality check notifications
  • Panic button for immediate account pause

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Collusion with other players
  • Use of bots, automated software, or AI assistance
  • Exploitation of bugs or glitches
  • Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
  • Multiple accounts
  • Abuse of customer support

Violation may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Play2N, including logos, graphics, software, and game designs, is owned by Play2N and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Play2N is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to technical issues or interruptions
  • Third-party payment processing delays
  • Network or device failures
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity for 12+ months
  • Request from regulatory authorities

Upon termination, any remaining funds will be returned after verification.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Play2N constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
